Responsible for infrastructure planning to meet the City's short and long term needs for streets, storm drainage, water, and wastewater systems. Provide protection of the sanitary sewer collection system and wastewater treatment plants through issuance of wastewater capacity reservations. Review request for new water districts and long range planning for water/sewer projects. Manage the Brownfield Redevelopment Program.

NEW! Impact Fee Increase - Effective July 1, 2018
The Water Impact Fee will increase to $706.83 per service unit. No change will be made to the Wastewater Impact Fee. All applications received by the close of business day Monday, June 30, 2018 will be processed under the current rates of $1,199.11 per service unit for wastewater and $626.50 per service unit for water.
