The System Maintenance Section is responsible for:

• Responding to 3-1-1 Service Requests.
• Initiating and updating work orders.
• Repairing water and sanitary sewer lines.
• Repairing water mains.
• Repair and survey valves.
• Repair water service connections.
• Repair manholes.
• Install mainline clean-outs.
• Administrate the Central Operations Section.
• Inspecting job sites for adherence to Field Work Standard Specifications.
