Construction Projects
The Department of Public Works and Engineering is soliciting professional construction management services per the following Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) for upcoming projects to be initiated in FY 08.
RFQ No. 08-001-TT
Consultants are advised to review the requirements of each RFQ carefully with regards to submittal requirements and deadlines.
The submittal package should clearly indicate on the sealed envelope, the specific RFQ number for which the submittal is to be considered. No generic or overall submittals will be accepted. Single separate submittals must be made in response to each RFQ. The Department will host an information meeting with respect to the RFQs on Monday, August 27th, at 10:00 am at Houston Transtar, 6922 Old Katy Road, Houston, Tx 77024. The meeting will include comments on the selection process by the Director, and allow time for questions by interested consultants.
