Utility Customer Service may terminate service for non-payment or for failure to open an account.  If your services are terminated, there is a $30 fee for restoration and an additional deposit may be required.  

Illegal restoration of service will result in a $55 fee plus additional penalties of up to $230. A deposit will also be required.
