Automatic
Payment Plan
The
City of Houston Utility Customer Service makes available an automatic
bank draft for customers who want additional convenience in paying their
bills. Each month you will be sent an invoice, which will inform you
of the amount of your bill, and the date of draft, which will be approximately
three weeks later.
To apply,
fill out the application, attach a voided check, and mail it back
to
our office. Continue paying your bill normally until you see the message "Bank draft in effect--do not Pay" on your bill. It's as
simple as that.
