The Engineering Services Branch, led by Interim Assistant Director Hamlet Hosepian, provides engineering services and manages the design projects of the city's Adopted Five Year Capital Improvement Plan. The Branch's design projects include new construction and upgrades to the city's water and wastewater systems, street and storm sewer infrastructure and traffic control systems. The Branch also works closely with other local state governmental entities and planning agencies to coordinate projects.
