Real Estate Branch, led by Senior Assistant Director Nancy P. Collins, Esq., investigates and acquires land and interests required for public use in connection with the implementation of the Adopted Five Year Capital Improvement Plan. The Branch also negotiates leases for property, whether City owned or not, and sells surplus City-owned properties. Included in these processes, the Branch recommends estimates of value or oversees the estimations for properties that are acquired, sold, exchanged or leased. The Branch has four sections which accomplish these necessary tasks:
