The Business Operations Branch oversees the administration of various functions vital to the Division's ongoing mission. Some of these include: Strategic Planning, Budget and Financial Management, procurement, information technology management, and personnel administration.

B.O.B. is also the Division's liaison to its customers, the citizens of Houston. In this capacity we provide several services: 3-1-1 Service Request Management, information dissemination, website development, and quality control.
